Project Members

To add or remove project members, navigate to the Projects Configuration plugin.

Project Members panel

  1. Expand or Collapse the Project Users panel.
  2. Hover over the Information button to see pop-up tips.
  3. Add User controls.
  4. Project Members List.
  5. Delete User button.

 

Add a Project Member

  1. Select the project you’d like to edit from the list.
  2. If not already expanded, expand the Project Users panel by clicking on the expand/contract icon (A in the above image).
  3. Enter the email address of the desired user.
  4. Click “Add User” button. NOTE: a welcome email will be sent to the new user.

 

Remove a User

  1. Select the project you’d like to edit from the list.
  2. If not already expanded, expand the Project Users panel by clicking on the expand/contract icon (A in the above image).
  3. Select the desired user from the Project Member list.
  4. Click “Delete User” button.

 

NOTE: Projects are used in some custom Branded MyEyedro implementations to manage large groups of installers and project managers across various installations. Projects and the Projects Configuration plugin are not available to all users.
