Rate Profiles

As your utility adjusts its charges over time, the rate configuration plugin can be used to add new Rate Profiles to reflect the updated fee structures. Rate profiles are child items of Bill Profiles which are associated with Display Groups and used to compute cost estimates and present billing information in various MyEyedro plugins. A single bill profile may have many rate profiles – as the charged fees change over time.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all cost data is shown for informational purposes only. Your actual bill will be provided by your utility service provider, and may be different.

IMPORTANT: You must have an rate profile spanning the time period of data from your monitoring devices. Failure to do so will result in errors when trying to view data in several MyEyedro plugins. Do not delete (or adjust the effective date of) the first rate profile in your list.
