    Add New Asset

    1. Open the Assets page under Configuration.
    2. Click on the “Add Asset” button circled in orange above.
    3. A new Asset will be added to the list and the “Add Asset” form will open.
    4. Enter the relevant Display Group and Asset Profile for your new Asset and click submit.
    5. A new Asset will be added to the list and the “Edit Asset Settings” form will open
    6. Enter the relevant information for your new Asset.
    7. Click on the “Submit” button to save any changes made.

    		Display GroupsRequired: User defined label assigned to the Asset Profile.

    B

    		Asset ProfileRequired: Provide a manufacturer.

    		LabelRequired: User defined label assigned to the Asset Profile

    		BarcodeProvide a barcode to identify this asset.

    		Start DateThe start date for asset run-state calculation.

    D

    		End DateThe end date for asset run-state calculation.

    		Display GroupRequired: The Display Group that sources

    		Asset ProfileRequired: The corresponding

    G

    		ConfidenceField for specifying asset threshold confidence. Thresholds can be Inherited from the Asset Profile, Verified as correct, or Overridden at the Asset level.

    H

    		Run-state ThresholdsDisplays the asset’s run-state thresholds.. When Confidence is set to Overriden a new editable column will appear.
