    2.3.1.Consumption Alerts #

    –Premium Feature–

    MyEyedro allows you to configure email alerts based on your consumption. A visual representation of alert triggers can be seen in the Consumption Plugin.

     FieldHow It’s Used
    AAlert DescriptionExplanation of how the alert was triggered.
    BCustom MessageOptional message configured to be included in the alert settings.
    CTimestampDate and time that the alert was triggered
    DAlert OwnerMyEyedro user that configured the alert.

     
    Alerts can be configured from the Consumption Plugin by using the alerts panel. This can be accessed by clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner.

     FieldHow It’s Used
    AAlert Panel ButtonClicking this will open up the alert panel.
    BList of active AlertsThis will list out all active alerts on your account connected to the currently selected display group.
    CDetails DropdownHides/displays additional alert information.
    DAdd AlertOpens the Alert Settings window to edit the currently selected alert.
    EEdit AlertUnchecking any of the days of the week will prevent alerts from being sent on that day.
    FDelete AlertDeletes the currently selected alert.
