2.2.2.Demand Alerts
–Premium Feature–
MyEyedro allows you to configure email alerts based on your demand. A visual representation of these alert triggers can be seen in the Demand – Live Plugin.
An example alert email can be seen below.
Field | How It’s Used | |
A | Alert Description | Explanation of how the alert was triggered. |
B | Custom Message | Optional message configured to be included in the alert settings. |
C | Timestamp | Date and time that the alert was triggered |
D | Alert Owner | MyEyedro user that configured the alert. |
Alerts can be configured from the Demand – Live Plugin by using the alerts panel. This can be accessed by clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner.
Field | How It’s Used | |
A | Alert Panel Button | Clicking this will open up the alert panel. |
B | List of active Alerts | This will list out all active alerts on your account connected to the currently selected display group. |
C | Details Dropdown | Hides/displays additional alert information. |
D | Add Alert | Opens the Alert Settings window to edit the currently selected alert. |
E | Edit Alert | Unchecking any of the days of the week will prevent alerts from being sent on that day. |
F | Delete Alert | Deletes the currently selected alert. |
