    4.2.5.Share Site #

    MyEyedro users are able to share their sites with another MyEyedro user. Following the steps below,
    the Sharee will gain access to ALL Display Group data linked to the site in READ-ONLY mode, allowing the the visualization of data, generation of reports,
    and cost estimations without the risk of configuration changes.

    To open the Sharing Menu, direct to the Sites Page under Configurations. Open the Sharing Menu by clicking the drop down arrow.

     FieldHow It’s Used

    1

    		Select SiteUnder Site List, select the site you’d like to share with another MyEyedro user.

    2

    		Enter emailIn the email field, enter a valid MyEyedro user’s email that you’d like to share a site with (read-only).

    3

    		ShareClicking the ‘Add Share’ button will verify that the email you entered belongs to a valid MyEyedro user, and they will now be able to see the site as part of their list.

    List of users the site is shared with, updated to include the newly added user.
