Eyedro products purchased via the Eyedro.com web store may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us at sales@eyedro.com and include your web order number and reason for return. We will then respond with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return. If you have not received a response within 2 business days then please contact us by phone (for a case where your email was blocked/not received). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the product has been returned.
