Eyedro products purchased via the Eyedro.com web store that are in resalable condition may be returned within 15 days for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact Eyedro Sales with your web order number and reason for return. We will then provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions how to return. If you have not received a response within 2 business days then please contact us by phone. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the product being returned. Please advise in advance if a return is not in resalable condition (with photo) to determine if Eyedro can still accept under a restocking fee.
