1. Go to https://MyEyedro.com.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Sign In.
5. Optionally, select the “Remember me” option and your credentials will be stored as a cookie in your browser for future sessions.
6. Optionally, click the “Forgot password?” link to have a temporary password assigned and emailed to your user account email address.

NOTE: A user account must have been successfully created, following the instructions outlined in this manual, before you will be able to sign in to MyEyedro.
