Devices Configuration
Add Device
To add a device, navigate to the Devices Configuration plugin. Click the ‘Add‘ button.
- Enter the Serial Number. The serial number is located on a label on the physical hardware.
- As desired, check or uncheck the Create Monthly Report option. If checked, a Usage and Cost report profile will be created.
- As desired, check or uncheck the Create Inactive Alert option. If checked, a inactive alert profile will be created.
- As desired, check or uncheck the Create Active Alert option. If checked, a active alert profile will be created.
- Click ‘Submit‘. Upon success, the new item will appear in your list and a form will open to edit settings.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the device is powered up and connected to the internet prior to adding.
IMPORTANT: A device may only be added to ONE user account.
