Getting Started | MyEyedro User Guide
Before getting started, all instructions in this manual require a personal computer or mobile device with internet access. Instructions will assume that your computer is turned on and you have used your web browser to go to: https://my.eyedro.com to create and/or access your account.
We strive to ensure all documentation is up to date, however, images and/or instructions in this document may differ from the actual product software and/or hardware. Introduction
MyEyedro is Eyedro Green Solutions Inc.’s real-time electricity monitoring cloud platform. It provides users of different Eyedro (home and business) monitors with a portal to view and track day-to-day electricity usage, check your real-time consumption and costs, review historical data, and much more. All Eyedro Monitors are designed to use the MyEyedro.com cloud service right out of the box. Just connect your Eyedro Monitor to the internet and it instantly starts logging data to the MyEyedro cloud service. Your Eyedro hardware and MyEyedro cloud services are always working together to measure, analyze and store your electricity usage and cost information. The MyEyedro cloud service presents your electricity data in ways that are engaging, informative and easy to understand. Gain access to many helpful features that help you uncover waste, manage costs and take control of your electricity use.
MyEyedro Features and Data Storage
There are two levels of MyEyedro platform features.
- MyEyedro Standard features are included for all Eyedro Monitors regardless of device license level.
- MyEyedro Professional features are a, per device, paid license that unlocks additional features including, but not limited to; advanced alerts, enhanced reports, extended data exports and asset analytics.

Additionally, there are three levels of data storage, access and export functionality.
- MyEyedro Standard provides up to 2 years of data storage and access. All Eyedro Monitors purchased include a complimentary MyEyedro Standard device license for the first two years.
- MyEyedro Professional provides up to 5 years of data storage and access.
- MyEyedro (No License) provides up to 2 months (62 days) of data storage and access. Devices without active MyEyedro Standard or Professional licenses will revert to these levels of data storage and access.
All device licenses are for use with a single device and require annual renewal.
