MyEyedro Feature List | MyEyedro User Guide
The MyEyedro platform offers three tiers that dictate available features, data storage duration, access levels, and export functionality:
- MyEyedro Professional: A paid per-device license that unlocks premium features—including advanced alerts, enhanced reports, extended data exports, and asset analytics—along with up to 5 years of data storage and access.
- MyEyedro Standard: A paid per-device license providing standard platform features and up to 2 years of data storage and access. Every new Eyedro monitor includes a complimentary 2-year Standard license out of the box.
- MyEyedro (No License): The default tier available to all Eyedro devices. If a device lacks an active Standard or Professional license, it automatically reverts to this tier, which limits data storage and access to up to 2 months (62 days).

All device licenses are for use with a single device and require annual renewal.
