No internet
If your Eyedro device has no internet connectivity, use the tools provided in the MyEyedro Cloud service to troubleshoot both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues.
The tools built into MyEyedro provide step-by-step wizards to guide you through troubleshooting the most common internet connectivity issues specific to your Eyedro device (and version).
Links to these tools can be found in the Device Installation section of the MyEyedro User Guide along with additional resources and videos that you may find useful.
However, if the issue you are encountering is not that there is no internet, but the internet connectivity is intermittent or poor, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Intermittent or Missing Measurements section of this troubleshooting guide.
